Unity Gift Card

With the Unity Gift Card, you can now care for the well-being of your loved ones with our wide range of wellness products and services. Available in denominations of $20, $50, $100 and $300, you can have the flexibility of topping it up at any of our stores/clinics/centres located island-wide.

Where can I purchase the Unity Gift Card?

In-store purchase: You can purchase the Unity Gift Card from any Unity outlets and Unity Denticare clinics in Singapore. Ask from our cashier and decide the denomination ($20, $50, $100 or $300) to be loaded.

Along with the Unity Gift Card and card holder, a receipt will be given showing the value that is loaded and the expiry date. You may start writing your personal message and value on the card holder and the Unity Gift Card is ready to be presented.

How do I use the Unity Gift Card?

1. With the Unity Gift Card, you can purchase any products and services at all Unity outlets and Unity Denticare clinics.
   
   
2. You have the choice to use wholly or in part for the purchase. The balance value will be reflected on the receipt for use on your subsequent purchases by the stipulated expiry date.
   
   
3. To check the balance in your Unity Gift Card, simply present your card to our cashier for assistance.
   
   
4. You may wish to top up the Unity Gift Card with more value. To do so, you can also approach our outlet staff for assistance. The same denominations of $20, $50, $100 and $300 applies.

Terms and Conditions

1. The value is expressed in Singapore currency and can only be used at all Unity outlets and Unity Denticare clinics in Singapore.
   
   
2. Top up value is available in denominations of $20, $50, $100 and $300.
   
   
3. Value in the Unity Gift Card will expire 12 months from the date of purchase or top up.
   

   Eg.		First purchase in April 2011 with $20;
   		Top up $50 in June 2011;
   		$20 will expire in April 2012 while $50 expires in June 2012.

   
   
4. Value in different Unity Gift Cards can be combined for payment.
   
   
5. Value in the Unity Gift Card is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash, either wholly or in part.
   
   
6. Should the Unity Gift Card be lost, stolen or damaged, Unity is not liable for its replacement and the value in the card will not be reimbursed.
   
   
7. LinkPoints will not be awarded for the purchase of Unity Gift Card.
   
   
8. LinkPoints will be awarded upon usage of the Unity Gift Card for payment, subject to prevailing minimum spend conditions.
   
   
9. It is the sole discretion of Unity to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
   
   
10. In the event of dispute, the decision of Unity is final.
